Dr. Alan M. Patterson, President
Dr. Alan Patterson is one of America’s best thinkers,
teachers and coaches. Having guided more than
a dozen Fortune 500 companies in re-thinking how best
to elevate their talent, he is an expert at driving
effective organizational change.
Alan Patterson has 24 years of international consulting
experience in change management, leadership development,
and executive coaching. He recently formed Mentoré,
a consulting organization that focuses on aligning strategy,
organization structure, job responsibilities, and skill
sets to major shifts in the business.
His expertise has been tapped by many global and national
organizations, included Anheuser-Busch, CVS, Johnson
& Johnson, Hewlett-Packard, Major League Baseball,
Merck, Sea World, United States Navy, and Williams Sonoma.
A published author, Alan has been a featured speaker
and workshop leader for several national associations,
including serving as a national expert resource for
the American Institute for CPAs (AICPA) and many state
CPA associations.
Esther
Ewing, Associate
As a valued Mentoré Associate,
Esther develops collaborative strategies for organizations
and individuals that seek to achieve specific goals
and capabilities. Through nearly two decades of experience
and passion, Esther has worked with the broadest spectrum
of clients across the globe. Her assignments include
work in the United States, Canada, the UK, Hong Kong,
South Africa and Norway.
Her range of experience in consulting has spanned a
broad variety of sectors including banking, healthcare,
pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, financial services,
and information technology.
Esther’s work leverages her early corporate experiences
in banking and financial services with roles that included
promoting learning programs for the Canadian Bankers
Association, managing training and learning functions
for a national accounting firm, and managing professional
development curriculum and learning delivery for a provincial
accounting institute.
Specifically, Esther works to create an environment
in which people are enabled to make decisions, take
risks and learn and grow in ways that increase their
effectiveness. She is proven in assisting leaders across
a range of organizations to become successful in the
current business climate and prepare them for a future
business climate that is more and more demanding.
Moreover, Esther is an experienced coach and has a demonstrated
a high success rate with committed clients and organizations.
She has earned an undergraduate degree from the University
of Toronto, as well as a Masters of Adult Education
from the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute
for Studies in Education (M. Ed. 1998). In the program,
Developing Human Resources, she did her thesis on the
Changing Role of the Finance Professional in Organizations.
